The terrace was transformed from a desolate urban space to a lush garden retreat. Raised, curvilinear, planting beds contrast architectural paver tiles to accentuate areas for people calmly passing through or sit and enjoy a respite from the busy city traffic.
Grass accent panels replace outdated parapet fencing and tie seamlessly into the naturalized landscape. Trees, shrubs, perennials, and grasses provide bold color during the growing season as well as offer interest year-round. Fresh, new planters highlight building entrances with seasonal color. The terrace welcomes residents and invites visitors into a tranquil garden setting woven into the fabric of the city.
